June

  • Personal Spaces. Adding your art to client photos is now easier. Wall setup is simpler, and the artwork maps to it automatically and at scale, no matter the perspective or angle of the room photo, so you don’t have to spend extra time adjusting less-than-perfect images.
  • Room Mockup Videos. Generate as many Room Mockup Videos as you want with credit add-ons. Get them as a recurring monthly extra or as a one-time pack.


April

  • Virtual Exhibitions. Take an automated tour of your Virtual Exhibition. Watch the camera move through the exhibition space and stop in front of each artwork.


March

  • Virtual Exhibitions. Elevate your online shows with ambient audio, voice narration, or music and turn them into a fully immersive experience.
  • Referral Program. Share your referral link to invite friends to ArtPlacer, give them a subscription discount, and earn rewards when they start a paid plan. Learn more.
  • New! Room Mockup Videos. Turn any design into a cinematic 5-second video with Room Mockup Video Generation and make collectors feel like they're in the room with your art. Read more.

  • Usability. Discover ArtPlacer's new look. Designed to make navigation easier, smoother, and more intuitive.


January

  • Virtual Exhibitions. Explore the newly unlocked Virtual Exhibition venues. All plans now have access to our 10 3D virtual galleries, inspired by real galleries and museums, to create beautiful online shows.
  • Room Mockups. Showcase your pieces in the latest and trendiest Room Mockups, with seven new spaces launching every Wednesday.

December

  • Usability. Navigate ArtPlacer via the new Dashboard, designed to help you explore all features and easily find your creations.


October

  • Room Mockups. Crop your creations into the latest Instagram format, Ultra Wide Reels, and download them ready to post
  • Usability. Experience the new Sidebar Menu and navigate ArtPlacer with ease.
  • Widgets. Let visitors see your art on their walls with just a few taps, no app download needed, with the Augmented Reality Widget’s latest update.


September

  • Usability. Find the latest ArtPlacer news and updates through notifications in the bell icon, on the top-right of your screen
  • Usability. Get updates for new leads received via your ArtPlacer ecosystem through notifications in the app and via email (email frequency can be adjusted in your profile).


August

  • Usability. Select bulk actions for items in the “My Designs” section. Manage all your ArtPlacer creations faster, more easily, and from a single place. Choose delete, duplicate, or download for several items at the same time. 
  • Usability. Get more accurate visuals in rooms with perspective. When displaying an artwork on an angled wall, the piece is automatically resized and aligned in real time, making placement simpler.


May

  • Viewing Rooms. Add a red circle on sold artworks inside Viewing Rooms. Following industry practices, sold pieces can be seen, but with a visual indicator that they’re not available for purchase. 
  • Portfolio Presentations. Choose from new fonts to achieve the desired look and feel for each of your Presentations. Font options include Roboto, Nunito, Poppins, Noto Serif, Montserrat, and Merriweather. 
  • Portfolio Presentations. Select how the background image of a presentation’s cover page is displayed. Choose between “Cover”, which expands and crops the image to fill the page, and “Fit”, which resizes the image without cropping it.
  • Usability. Export all artworks into a CSV file as a bulk action. Select all the items in the “Artworks” page and export them together into a single CSV file.


April

  • Usability. Download Room Mockups, Personal Spaces, and Art Show Planner creations in a variety of sizes. Adding to the existing “Full size” option, new dimensions include Small, Medium, Large, and Custom, which allows for input.
  • Room Mockups. Choose between 381 completely new Smart Spaces, plus another 72 existing spaces that are now Smart.
  • Room Mockups. Explore our latest Curated Collection: Wabi Sabi, joining user favorites Plain Backgrounds, Small Art, Real Homes, AI Gems, Muted Neutrals, Smart Spaces Picks, The Art Gallery, and Less is More.
  • Usability. Zoom in and out when designing Room Mockups, Personal Spaces, and Art Shows.
  • Usability. Export a selection of artworks into a CSV file as a bulk action. Select desired items from the “Artworks” section and export them together into a single CSV file.


March

  • Introducing: CRMA contact and communications management tool that takes information from the complete ArtPlacer environment and organizes it for ease of access and use. 
    Capture leads from Viewing Rooms, Virtual Exhibitions, Widgets, and Discover Profile, and find them in the “Contacts” section. Add bio information for each contact.
    Communicate with your contacts from the “Inbox” section. Address each interaction, nurture relationships, and streamline one-on-one interactions like reach-outs and follow-ups. 
  • Presentations. Send Presentations through WhatsApp, as well as from the existing options of email, link sharing, and QR codes.  
  • CRM. Add a “Note” to each contact to include information beyond their bio.


February

  • Usability. Input numbers simply and more comfortably through a new number pad on desktop, tablet, and mobile.


January

  • Personal Spaces. Correct the perspective of photos that have been taken from irregular vertical standpoints, and edit brightness and contrast. Adjust client room photos manually and directly from the app so your final artwork display looks better.
  • Introducing: PresentationsA suite of four different types of elegant presentations to showcase a selection of artworks and their key information.
    ArtPlacer Presentations includes Portfolio Presentations to showcase one artwork per page with key info; Viewing Rooms to showcase a selection of artworks in a custom micro-site; Inventory Reports, which compile a selection of pieces and their essential information; and Artwork Labels to display essential artwork details next to each piece during in situ exhibitions or fairs.
    Create documents for collectors, curators, and institutions. Boost interest and engagement in the pieces and drive online inquiries and sales
