The Augmented Reality (AR) Widget allows visitors to visualize an Artwork directly in their own space, at real size and scale, using their mobile device’s built-in AR technology.
This enhanced experience works with AR-enabled (compatible) devices, functioning just like any other native 3D object on your phone or tablet.

Accessing the AR Experience

1. Click on the AR Widget Button
   When browsing an artwork on your website, click the “View in AR” or AR Widget button.
   
   
   
2. If You’re on Desktop:
   A QR code will appear on your screen.
   • Scan the QR code using your mobile device’s camera.
   • This will open your phone’s default browser, where you’ll see a 3D version of the Artwork.
   • Then, continue following the steps in the “Placing the Artwork in Your Space” section below to complete the experience.
     
     
     
3. If You’re on Mobile:
   Click on the Augmented Reality button, and the AR experience will open directly in your browser, where you’ll see a 3D version of the Artwork. 
   Then, follow the steps below in the “Placing the Artwork in Your Space” section below to complete the experience.
   
   

Placing the Artwork in Your Space.

Once the 3D preview loads, tap “View in AR.”
Your phone’s camera will activate and guide you through the process of placing the artwork in your space:

• On iOS, Android and other devices:
  You’ll be asked to move your phone slowly, so the system can scan your surroundings and detect flat surfaces such as walls or floors. This allows your device to accurately understand depth and scale, ensuring the artwork appears in the correct position and size.

After scanning, the artwork will appear in your environment at real scale. You can walk around it, view it from different angles, and move closer to appreciate its details, just like if it were already hanging on your wall.
