To cancel your Subscription to ArtPlacer, please follow the steps listed below:
- Click on your username and then Account & Billing.
- On the Account & Billing page, click CANCEL RENEWAL and follow the instructions given on screen.
- What happens after you cancel?
If you cancel your subscription mid-cycle, you'll keep access to your plan's included features until the end of your current billing period. After that date, you'll no longer have access to your account unless you reactivate it.
- What happens to my active add-ons?
If you have any active add-ons (Widgets, Catalog, or Personal Spaces), they will be cancelled automatically together with your subscription, you don't need to cancel them separately.
You'll continue to have access to the extra quota or feature the add-on provides until the end of your current billing cycle, at the same time as the rest of your plan.
~ Note: If you only want to remove an add-on but keep your subscription active, you can do so from the Add-ons section of your Account & Billing page.
